HeatLok Soy is a rigid 2lb closed cell polyeurathane spray foam. It is made from recycled plastics and renewable sources such as soy and vegetable oils. It boasts zero ozone depletion and is a certified green product.

HeatLok Soy has the highest R Value in the market at R6 per inch. Traditional batt insulation offers only R 3 on average per inch.

Elite Insulation is a certified CUFCA applicator. As such, all work is covered by their 3 year warranty. More information is available on the CUFCA website.

HeatLok soy can only be sprayed by a certified installer. To become a certified installer, you are required to attend training courses and pass onsite testing.
Spray Foam insulation can be sprayed all year round.
Installers must wear safety equipment including vented air masks.

Not all Spray Foam insulation is the same. There are both open and closed cell foam types.
With 2 lb closed cell spray foam, there are varying qualities of spray foam. Ask questions and ensure you are getting a quality product. Otherwise you can have damage to your home, scary off gases, and end up costing yourself more money in the long run.
